Now that I am done signing up, how do I upload my website?
In case you have already signed up and want to upload your website to the server you need to do the following. First you need to log in at http://www.happyat.net via the Control Panel. If you can’t remember your domain name, username or password you can request it and get at your email.
When you come to the Control Panel page you need to find Files section. One of the methods to upload your website is to use Java FTP client by clicking on the unlimited FTP icon. Sometimes a warning window may pop telling you that browser you use prevented the site from opening a popup window.In this case you need to click Options button and select the field which says "Allow Popups for…" Then click Yes button to continue.
Unlimited FTP looks like Windows file manager. In the left column there are files and folders of your hard drive and the right one contains files and folders on the server. You need to find the folder you save your webpage in and then browse public_html folder in the left column. After that you need to highlight files you want to upload and click the Upload button. Make sure that your page is named index.html and that all your website files are in the public_html folder.
How long will it take to get my new site online?
Your website will be online the same day you made the purchase in case your order is applied properly. If everything is in order you will get your account information on the email and then you may start building your website.
But in case of new domain registration you should wait at least 24 hours until your account will be accepted and then you can request the information and prepare your site.
Can I have multiple domains pointing to my site?
Yes. You are allowed to have multiple domains pointing to your site. You need to choose the main domain when you sign up. Later you can login and add other domains from the control panel using the addon domains section.
Before adding other domains mind that you have pointed them to the proper name servers.
How do I get Started? Step 1
You are welcome at Happy@Net! Before you start using your new hosting, make sure that you received necessary information on your email, i.e. your account username and password. If the account activation letter wasn’t delivered you should contact us immediately.
After you have created the account you should know that for several days you will be using your domain via address and username and not your new web address. It can take a couple of days for your new domain to start functioning as it takes time for Online NIC, Network or other domain name registrars to process it. It may take 4-7 days for domain transfers and 3-5 days for new registration.
How to setup an addon domain or parked domain in my hosting account.
If you want to setup an addon domain or parked domain in your hosting do the following.
1) Log in to Control Panel
2) Find the Domains section and click Addon Domains there.

How to create a webpage with FrontPage
Here are some steps for you to follow in order to create a webpage with Frontpage.
1) Open the FrontPage program on your computer
2) Adapt the settings for the web server. Go to Tools, select Page Options and click the Compatibility button.
- Browsers: Both Internet Explorer and Navigator
- Browser Version: 4.0 and above
- Servers: Apache server
- Check the box that says: Enabled with FrontPage Server Extensions.
When you are ready to create a page you need to select File - New - Page or Web. After that you can work with texts, add images and create hyperlinks.
Don’t forget to save your page after the work is done. For this select File- Save/Save As and choose the folder you want to keep your new web page in.
How do I Get Started Step 2?
After you have created your account at happyatnet.com you need to log in and find File Manager on Control Panel. Then click Upload Files and upload required files from your hard drive to the public_html folder. Now check your website, it should work.
Can I FTP to my account if I have Frontpage?
You should not upload pages to your account with the help of FrontPage. In order to upload pages or change something you should use only FTP.
If you want to remove files from the FrontPage account you are not to use FTP. It can be used to remove only those files which were added with FTP.
Can I add my own CGI scripts?
Yes, our servers can run CGI scripts in your "cgi-bin" directory. They can be written either in Perl or in CGI languages.
